The property is fully double glazed with gas central heating throughout. The back door opens on to a secluded private garden with lawn and summer house containing garden chairs and sun loungers.

Dining room with table and seating for six.
Galley style modern fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and all necessary kitchen implements.
Bathroom with WC,washbasin, and walk-in electric shower.
Bedroom - 2 single beds.

Upper floor:

Master bedroom - king size bed, en suite WC and washbasin. View is from the front of the house.
Bedroom - double bed. View to the side of house and northwards.
Additional folding Z bed available.

A wooden garage is available for storage of bicycles, windsurfers etc.
